Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Currently we only ship to destinations in the 50 United States including Hawaii and Alaska, Military APO/AFO addresses.  

Due to the various international requirements for the importation of food and nut products, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States or U.S. territories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Orders will be sent either via USPS or FedEx Ground depending on destination and weight. Using these shipping methods offers the most consistent savings for our customers. 

For orders up to $25.00 shipping is $8.95

For orders $25.01 to $50.00 shipping is $10.95

For orders $50.01 to $100.00 shipping is $12.95

For orders $100.01 to $150.00 shipping is $19.95

For orders $150.01 to $200.00 shipping is $24.95

For orders over $200.01 shipping is $34.95

For orders of bulk cases shipping is $19.99

All packages will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt during the week, please allow up to 72 hours over weekends and holidays. When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification of shipment, transit time varies across the country but generally takes no more than 7 to 10 days.

Cancelations

Powers Candy maintains the right to cancel any order and refund the full price of the order to the customer for any reason. Refunds will be sent electronically and usually take 3-5 days to process.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
